Ordering and Shipping
All the Packages on our Home page include FedEx™ Priority Shipping, styrofoam box, and heat/cold packs. Individual Items can be added to these Packages with no additional boxing or shipping charges. Individual Items selected independently of these Packages are purchased as a Custom Package.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal™ accounts with our Express Checkout System. It's powered by PayPal™ so you know your purchase from us will be fast, easy and secure. While purchasing your order please specify any additional instructions you many have for us in the text box provided. Also, remember FedEx™ requires that you provide a contact telephone number and they will not deliver to a P.O. box.
Wednesday is our packing and shipping day. Our weekly ordering deadline is Sunday at 2:00 pm EST for shipping the following Wednesday. Orders received after that time will be shipped Wednesday of the following week. We carefully package your order and load it directly onto a FedEx™ turboprop aircraft right here in the Florida Keys just a few blocks from our facility.
While your order is in transit you can view your shipping status simply by entering your FedEx™ tracking number in the search box at the top of any of our website's pages. The shipping confirmation email we send you will also have a package tracking link as well as detailed acclimation instructions that you should read carefully.
You will receive your new critters Thursday the next day at your door.
