This area is world famous for its sport fishing and diving and is considered to have the finest dining and shopping in the Keys. Other activities include snorkel, sail, water ski, parasail, windsurf, jet ski, boat rental, bike, tennis, golf, art galleries, bird watch, swim with the dolphins, easy day trips to the Everglades.  You can  indulge yourself at one of the spas or just enjoy the beach.

This vacation rental is located in an exclusive neighborhood of fine homes and is not part of a complex, so privacy is assured. Located on a clean swimming/boating canal with direct access to Florida Bay or the Atlantic Ocean.

Two bedroom (one queen, one full), one bath, covered deck furnished with table, lounge chairs, gas grill for outside dining and entertainment.

Amenities: Central AC/Heat, ceiling fans, cable TV, VCR, phone (local only).

Kitchen: Icemaker, self-cleaning oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishes, glasses, flatware, and pots-pans.

Linens, paper products supplied.

Washer, Dryer available on request.

Maid service prior to check in and after check out only.

Boat dock available upon request at additional charge per night.

Please note that pets and overnight guests are not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the outside deck only.

9:30 PM neighborhood disturbance ordinance is enforced.

30 MPH neighborhood speed limit enforced.

A guest must be 21 years of age; proof of identity may be required for rental. We reserve the right to refuse rental to any party who doesn’t meet our requirements.

Check in is at 3:00 PM – check out is at 11:00 AM.

Price is $150 per night, 3 night minimum, for a maximum of four guests. Special weekly/monthly rates available. Holidays available at a slightly increased rate.

There is a security deposit required up front of $200 which is completely refundable upon satisfactory inspection and return of the keys.
